Dell Laptop Cpu Fan Starts Then Stops

Dell laptop cpu fan starts then stops.

Remove the battery and charger ac adapter power cord from your dell notebook press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to discharge any residual current inside the laptop. Please release static power and check if the system is working fine follow the steps below. Eventually i just re installed windows re formatting the hard drive but everything was running slowly after about a minute or two of running windows. 3 disconnect the main 20pin atx power connector from the motherboard the square 4pin atx2 power connector.
